My 365 Day Game Challenge

As I perused my game collection for something to play, I realised that I hadn't played a lot of them for longer than a couple of minutes to an hour. Some games are made that way, but I also aim to complete a game 100%. Microsoft first increased the lifetime of games by adding Achievements starting in 2005. It added a brand new level of playing games, providing in game rewards and progress checks as you completed certain tasks.

Sony decided that they would add the same option on their PS3 console in 2008, but instead of choosing a score total to add to games, they decided to add physical 'Trophies' to games. These come in Bronze, Silver and Gold; each supposedly meaning the level of difficulty they require to unlock them. On many of the retail releases, there is also a Platinum trophy which symbolises full completion of the game in question.

Some people play only certain games, some people play many games and some people have the urge to complete all games available and like to be eclectic. I fall in the latter category and decided that I wanted to test my mettle against my game list before trying anything new.

Below is my list based on www.psnprofiles.com/Psy-Tychist/ showing what games I haven't completed to Platinum or 100% in alphabetical order. My challenge is to do it in this order rather than choosing the easier games and do them first and putting off the difficult trophies. I will try to write daily updates on how I am doing and hopefully, it will show some perseverance and be interesting to read.
